After graduating from Leeds Beckett University, Rory is currently studying a master’s degree in Strength & Conditioning to further guide rehabilitation protocols and exercise prescription. He has taken a keen interest in muscular endurance screening training and is currently creating a screening protocol to assist in preventing career-ending injuries such as damage to the ACL. Having gained previous elite level experience within soft tissue therapy, injury assessment and rehabilitation with The Leeds Rhinos, Yorkshire Carnegie, Sheffield United F.C. This has led him to be qualified in Kinesiology taping L1 and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM). There is no stone left unturned to ensure you have long-term success in returning to sport and assisting you in improving your performance.

Lewis graduated from Leeds Beckett University in summer 2018, after working as a head sports therapist for West Leeds RUFC & injury clinics in Leeds, Next Step Therapy was founded and brought to his hometown, Sheffield. Lewis is passionate about movement and evidence-based rehabilitation, with elite experience amongst football, rugby, skiing & CrossFit athletes. Now working within rugby alongside private practice, including the Yorkshire county RFU teams, Lewis can help with injury assessment/advice including management plans to help you continue to move... Sport & Exercise Therapist
Elliot has an extensive background working in clinical and pitch-side support in professional sporting environments. Currently, Elliot is studying a master’s degree in sports medicine and recently becoming a KORE specialist that includes the utilisation of unique muscle testing and treatment techniques to treat the root cause of the ailment. Elliot is also fully qualified and insured in traditional Chinese acupuncture and fire cupping to provide an eastern style of treatment. He has recently qualified in the FA Level 4 Intermediate Trauma Medical Management in Football to enable him to practice pitchside to a high standard.
Sports Massage Therapist
Rebecca has completed a BSc Sport and Physical Activity with 1st Class Honours and is currently in the final year of her master's degree in Physiotherapy at Sheffield Hallam University. With over 5 years’ experience of sports massage, medical acupuncture/dry needling, kinesiology taping and exercise prescription and rehabilitation, Rebecca has been able to apply this to a wide variety of elite athletes, dancers, musicians and recreational active populations. Rebecca is able to tailor treatments to your needs and put you at ease with any concerns.
